Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BuildersMerchant account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Materials

  Securely package the items in their original boxes, ensuring all components, manuals, and fasteners are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pallet collection for bulk masonry and timber orders.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
