We offer standard curbside delivery via crane-arm (HIAB) trucks for bulk items like bricks, sand, and timber. Smaller hardware items are shipped via standard parcel couriers.
Can I return unused materials?
Yes, unused and resalable items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that perishable goods like opened bags of cement or custom-cut timber are excluded from our return policy.
Do you offer trade accounts for contractors?
Absolutely. Professional builders and contractors can apply for a trade account via our website to access bulk pricing, credit facilities, and dedicated account management.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For heavy load deliveries, our logistics team will call you 24 hours in advance to confirm a delivery window.
Are your timber products sustainably sourced?
